These terms apply to medplaylab.fyi, the website of MedPlay Lab, operated by MEDICAL PROGRAM CO., LTD., juristic person number 0105568004691 in Thailand. By using the site you accept them.

Using the website

การใช้งาน ใช้อย่างถูกกฎหมายและไม่รบกวนระบบ

MedPlay Lab provides this website free of charge to describe the studio and its games. You may view, print and link to public pages for personal, non-commercial use.

You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the service with automated requests or use the site unlawfully. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

Information on the website

MedPlay Lab takes reasonable care over the content, but it is general information and may change without notice. Descriptions of games reflect the position when written and do not form part of any contract.

Screens, features and supported devices described on medplaylab.fyi may change between the time a page is written and the time a game is released. The store listing for a game, together with that game's own privacy policy, is the authoritative description of what it does.

If you notice an error on the MedPlay Lab website, please tell us so we can correct it.

Our games and app stores

MedPlay Lab games are distributed through Google Play, whose terms govern downloads, payments and refunds. Each game also has its own privacy policy on medplaylab.fyi.

Your statutory rights as a consumer under Thai law are not affected by these terms.

Intellectual property

Text, graphics, layout and code on the MedPlay Lab website belong to MEDICAL PROGRAM CO., LTD. or are used with permission. Do not use the MedPlay Lab name to suggest endorsement without written permission.

Nothing in these terms grants a licence to copy, adapt or redistribute the website or any MedPlay Lab game, except as the law allows.

Quoting short extracts for review, criticism or news reporting is welcome where Thai copyright law permits it, provided the source is acknowledged.

Trade names and marks of other businesses that appear on the site, such as Google Play, belong to their owners and are used only to identify their services.

Links to services such as Google Play or the DBD register are provided for reference. MedPlay Lab is not responsible for their content or practices.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or bodily injury.

Subject to that, MedPlay Lab is not liable for loss arising from use of the website, reliance on its content or temporary unavailability. The site is provided for private use; we are not liable for business losses arising from its use.

We take reasonable steps to keep the website free from malicious code, but you should use up-to-date security software on your own devices. MedPlay Lab is not responsible for damage caused by software or content on third-party sites you reach through a link.

General

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If MEDICAL PROGRAM CO., LTD. does not enforce a right immediately, it may still do so later.

These terms are the whole agreement between you and MEDICAL PROGRAM CO., LTD. about use of the website. They do not create any partnership, agency or employment relationship, and you may not transfer your rights under them to anyone else.

Where these terms are made available in more than one language and there is any inconsistency, the English text prevails for the website terms, while Thai consumer protections continue to apply in full.

Changes to these terms

MedPlay Lab may revise these terms, for example when a game is released. The version and effective date at the top show the latest change.

Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the revised terms, so please check this page from time to time. Changes do not apply retrospectively to anything that happened before they took effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
